Friends@ St Mary's
The
Friends@ St Mary’s was formed in 1986 with
the aim to provide financial
support for our historic building. Membership includes many regular worshippers
as well as others around the town who share a concern for the upkeep of the
building. Fund-raising events are held throughout the year.

Friend's@ St Mary's objectives:
- To help publicise the history of St Mary’s Church and to promote
strengthening of relations between the church and the local community
- To educate and help proclaim the good news of Jesus Christ
- To organise events and help proclaim the good news of Jesus Christ
- To organise events and raise funds to be used for the maintenance
and improvement of the fabric and furnishings of St Mary’s and
associated buildings
- To widen membership which will help the "Friends" fulfil these aims
